• Finished sixth in the 400 IM (3:52.94) and 10th in the 200 IM (1:48.64) at the Big 12 Championships
• At the Texas Invitational, he recorded a sixth place finish in the 400 IM (3:50.17), was eighth in the 200 IM (1:48.49) and ninth in the 200 backstroke (1:45.39)
• Won the 200 backstroke in the dual meet with Texas A&M (1:46.23)
• Placed fourth in the 100 backstroke (48.88) and fifth in the 200 backstroke (1:45.39) at the American Short Course
