· Placed eighth in the high jump (6-9/2.06m) at the Big 12 Championships

· Named track and field team MVP all four years, and earned athlete-of-the-year honors in 2005 at Nacogdoches under coaches Vincent Johnson and Mike Waldie

Personal
Born in Nacogdoches, Texas ... cousin, Jermichael Finley, was a tight end on the Texas football team from 2005-07 and currently plays for the Green Bay Packers ... majoring in kinesiology ... a member of UT[apos]s Athletics Director[apos]s Honor Roll.
