SOPHOMORE (2015)
Played in 10 games before missing the last two due to injury … second-team Academic All-Big 12 … saw action in one game on special teams against Rice and returned a kickoff 25 yards … finished five carries short of qualifying for the NCAA ranking of yards per carry in which his average would have ranked fourth in the nation (7.17) … ranked second in the Big 12 in that category … finished eighth in the Big 12 and led the team in rushing yards (681), while ranking seventh in the league in 100-yard games (four) … his five rushing TDs were second on the team and most among running backs … averaged 32.9 yards per carry on those five TDs … rushed for 32 yards and one TD on seven carries (4.6 ypc) against Rice … posted 47 rushing yards and one TD on nine carries (5.2 ypc) versus Cal … registered 15 yards rushing and 20 yards receiving against Oklahoma State … notched his first 100-yard rushing game with 112 yards on 18 carries (6.2 ypc), while catching two passes for 32 yards at TCU … recorded an 81-yard run that was the longest by a UT player against Oklahoma and the second-longest non-TD run in UT history, as part of 117 yards on nine carries (13.0 ypc) … netted 43 yards on 10 carries versus Kansas State … amassed 157 rushing yards and two TDs, including a 93-yarder, on 12 carries (13.1 ypc) to share team offensive MVP honors against Kansas … the 93-yard rush was longest of the season by any player in the Big 12 and sixth-longest in the nation … it was also the third-longest in UT history … followed with 147 rushing yards, including a 65-yard TD, on 18 carries (8.2 ypc), along with a 12-yard receptions at West Virginia prior to an injury.
FRESHMAN (2014)
Played in seven games as a reserve running back and on special teams … saw action at running back against North Texas, recording two carries for 37 yards (18.5 ypc) … had a five-yard kick return against Baylor … did not play against BYU, UCLA, Kansas, Oklahoma or TCU … played on special teams vs. Baylor and Iowa State … carried the ball three times for 19 yards (4.7 ypc) against Kansas State … ran three times for 9 yards against Texas Tech … saw his most extensive action vs. West Virginia, recording five carries for 13 yards and catching one pass for 7 yards … ran two times for 0 net yards against Oklahoma State … also recorded his first career special teams tackle in the contest … injured a hand in the Cowboys game and missed the regular-season finale vs. TCU and the bowl game against Arkansas.
