FRESHMAN (2022)

PERSONAL
Son of Roscoe Brown and LaTonya Cooper … has a daughter, Azarhalyn Brown … received nickname “Band-Aid” from his older cousin who influenced him to play football … motivated by his mother, who beat stomach cancer … his father works in the local Stockton community as a “Peacekeeper” by helping people find jobs, helping people get into better position … started a foundation with his father called R&R Brown’s Push Project to support mental and community health … his father also works at a local high school … went to Edison High School in Stockton for his freshman and sophomore years before moving with his father to Los Angeles, so he could attend Mater Dei for his junior and senior years … is motivated by his high school quarterback at Edison, Treyvon Breckenridge, who passed away in a car crash in 2020 … was high school teammates with Brandon Baker and Spencer Shannon at Mater Dei … chose Texas because he likes the offensive playing style and culture … models his game after Bijan Robinson, Saquon Barkley and Christian McCaffrey.
