OUTDOOR (JUNIOR)
• Placed seventh in the decathlon at the Big 12 Championships with 7,099 points
• Finished sixth in the decathlon at the Texas Relays with 7,187 points
• Posted personal bests in the shot put (43-0.25/13.11m) and javelin (173-0/52.74m) at the Texas Relays
INDOOR (SENIOR)
• Finished ninth in the heptathalon at the Big 12 Indoor Championships with 5,272 points
• Jumped a personal-best 22-3.75 (6.80m) in the long jump at the Big 12 Indoor Championships
• Cleared 6-6 (1.96m) in the high jump to finish eighth at the New Balance Invitational
• Placed fourth in the 60-meter hurdles at the UT vs. Texas A&M Dual Meet with a time of 8.42

• Competed in five of the seven heptathlon events at the Big 12 Championships
• Posted marks in the 60 meters (7.49), long jump (21-3.5/6.49m), shot put (41-10.5/12.76m), high jump (6-3.25/1.91m) and the 60-meter hurdles (8.71)
• Posted a 7.18 in the heptathlon 60-meter dash at the United Heritage Invitational before withdrawing
2006-07
OUTDOOR (REDSHIRT FRESHMAN)
• Finished 15th in the decathlon (7,140 points) at the NCAA Championships
• Tied for first in the decathlon[apos]s high jump at the national meet after clearing a season-best 6-8.75 (2.05m)
• Placed seventh (7,079 points) at the Big 12 Championships
• Won the 110-meter hurdles (14.64 seconds) and tied for third in the high jump (6-7/2.01m) and fifth in the 100 (11.26)
• Provisionally qualified with a season-best total of 7,226 points at the Texas Relays
• Finished third overall and won three individual decathlon events at the Relays
INDOOR (SOPHOMORE)
• Scored points towards Texas[apos] co-Big 12 Indoor Championship with a fourth-place performance in the heptathlon (5,449 points)
• Won the heptathlon[apos]s 60-meter hurdles (8.14) and finished second in the high jump with a clearance of 6-7.5 (2.02m) at the league meet
• Finished sixth at the Roger Cox Championship with 5,247 points, finishing in the top five in three of seven events
• Ran 8.27 and finished sixth in the open 60-meter hurdles at the NYC Gotham Cup
• Competed in the open high jump at the Leonard Hilton Memorial , clearing 6-8 (2.03m)

• Placed fifth in the heptathlon with a score of 4,955 points at the New Mexico Multi-Events Meet
• Finished in a tie for first in the high jump (6-7.25/2.01m)
• Took 13th in the high jump (6-1.5/1.87m) at the Houston Indoor Opener
• Competed in two events at the Tyson Invitational, clocking 8.47 in the 60-meter hurdle prelims and placing 27th in the long jump (21-9.5/6.64m)
HIGH SCHOOL
• Coached by Lee Walker and Rodney Sims and was a four-year letter-winner in track and field
• 2005 district champion in the high jump at 6-8 and 2004 and 2005 Highest Scorer Award in track and field
• Earned the 2002 Most Improved Award
• An All-District forward and center for the Midland basketball team and earned the Best Defensive Player award
• Nominated for the athlete-of-the-year award by the Midland Chamber of Commerce
• Received the USAA All-American Scholar Award and honored as a Texas Scholar
• Involved in the National Honor Society, Meals on Wheels and Fellowship of Christian Athletes
• Served as sports editor for the yearbook staff and president of the Leadership Council for Youth at First Presbyterian Church

Born in Midland, Texas ... his parents, John and Sharon Webb, attended Texas in the late 1970s ... majoring in advertising ... a two-time member of UT[apos]s Athletics Director[apos]s Honor Roll.
