AS A SENIOR (2016)
Doubled in a run as part of a 1-for-2 effort during the 8-4 series-clinching win over Texas Tech (April 10) ... Was 1-for-3 with a run scored as Texas defeated BYU in the second game of an April 2nd doubleheader, 7-0 ... Batted .583 (7-for-12) during the Rainbow Wahine Classic with multi-hit games against Iowa (three hits - March 17) and Hawai’i (two hits - March 18) ... Posted 1-for-2, run-scored efforts during Texas Invitational wins over Illinois (February 27) and Weber State (February 28) ... Was 2-for-2 against Toledo (February 21) and 1-for-2 with a run scored against Ball State (February 19) during the Houston Hilton Plaza Invitational ... Hit .333 overall with two runs scored, a team-high two triples and a squad-high-tying four RBIs during the Texas Classic ... Delivered a clutch two-out RBI single to right to tie the game against Arkansas (February 13) at 5-5 in an eventual 6-5 (8 inn.) win ... AS A JUNIOR (2015)
Started 54 of Texas’ 55 games in 2015 at either third (14 games) or second base (40 games) while typically batting in the ninth slot in the order ... Hit .308 overall with nine extra-base hits, nine stolen bases and 22 RBIs ... Reached safely in a season-high eight straight contests from March 1-24 ... Batted .366 over the last 36 games of the season with 15 RBIs and a .442 on-base percentage ... Scored two runs in Texas’ three games at the NCAA Los Angeles Regional (May 15-16) ... Was named the Big 12 Player of the Week for the first time in her career on May 5 after her outstanding efforts in the sweep of Oklahoma State ... Was 2-for-3 with a run scored in the 5-3 win over No. 16/14 Baylor (May 9) ... AS A SOPHOMORE (2014)
One of four Longhorns to start all 58 games … hit .362 in the lower part of the lineup and turned in a .953 fielding percentage as the team’s everyday second baseman … named to 2014 Big 12 All-Academic Second Team … tabbed to Fall 2013 and Spring 2014 Big 12 Commissioner’s Honor Roll ... went 3-for-6 during final two games of Kansas series, racking up two runs (May 3-May 4) … matched season-high in assists with four in finale against Kansas (May 4) … tied for fourth on club with 10 multi-hit games … helped turn eight of UT-record 21 double plays … went 2-for-3 with an RBI in the series opener against Oklahoma State (April 27) … drove in a run and scored against Texas State (April 23) … hit 4-for-6 in Iowa State (April 11-April 12) series with four RBIs … recorded second homer of season in Iowa State series finale (April 12) … batted .500 (5-for-10) in Texas Tech series (April 4-April 6), picking up an RBI and her third triple of the season … drove in a career high four RBIs with a 3-for-3 performance against Iowa (March 15) … produced the game-winning RBI with a single to center field against Houston (March 6) … went 2-for-3 with a pair of doubles and an RBI against Southern Miss (Feb. 28) … recorded a career-high five putouts in back-to-back contests (Feb. 20 vs. Cal Poly & Feb. 21 vs. Washington).
AS A FRESHMAN (2013)
The lone rookie became an everyday starter after settling into the second-base role ... excelled on the biggest stage, leading Texas with a .400 batting average (four-for-10) at the Women’s College World Series (WCWS) ... tied the UT WCWS single-game record with two hits in her debut at the event, against Arizona State (May 30) ... for the season, earned starts in 57 contests -- 52 at second, four at shortstop and one in right field ... team went 44-8 during starts at second base (.846 winning percentage) ... hit most often in the ninth spot of the order, with UT posting a 31-6 mark in such contests (.838 winning percentage) ... turned in the fourth-highest batting average on the team at .333 (44-for-132) and set the Texas program record with a seven-game hitting streak to open career. Run was one game longer than Lexy Bennett’s six-game stretch in 2009 ... tallied a team fourth-best 13 multiple-hit games and had three multiple-RBI contests ... scored 30 runs, good for fourth on the squad and picked up eight stolen bases, the fifth most on the team ... crossed home with the game-winning run six times ... hit .500 (four-for-eight) with the bases loaded and .333 (21-for-63) with runners on base ... drove in 10 runners from third base with less than two outs in 16 opportunities, good for a 62.5 percent conversion rate, the second-best mark on the team ... one of eight Longhorns to record double-digit hits during Big 12 Conference games with 11 ... scored a team fifth-best 10 times during league action ... hit .380 (41-for-108) during UT’s 51 victories ... placed fourth on the team during wins with 30 runs scored and added 15 RBIs ... through the first 31 games of the campaign, posted a Longhorn second-best .417 batting average (25-for-60) with 16 runs scored and five stolen bases ... led UT in hitting .486 (17-for-35) during February with a team fourth-best 17 hits to go along with 13 runs and a .571 slugging percentage ... in first six career starts, scored a run in each contest ... drove in runs in back-to-back games against Army and South Carolina in the NCAA Tournament Austin Regional (May 17-18), giving her RBIs in consecutive contests for the third time in career ... in the opener against Iowa State (April 12), went two-for-two with two runs scored and one batted in ... led off the ninth (March 23) and fifth (March 24) innings against No. 18/15 Baylor with singles, starting rallies that put Texas in the lead during both contests ... scored the game-winning run against No. 24/24 Tulsa (Feb. 24) in the bottom of the eighth inning ... became the 16th freshman in program history to record a hit in first career plate appearance by singling against North Texas (Feb. 8).

Played for All American Sports Academy out of Tracy, Calif., for head coach Bryan Merrida.
BEFORE TEXAS
A four-year starter in the outfield or at shortstop for head coach Duane Zauner … the No. 20 recruit nationally in the 2012 ESPN High School 100 Softball rankings … also checked in as the No. 4 outfielder in the nation, the 11th-best prospect in California and the 11th-best recruit in the West region by ESPNHS … received 2012 Cal-Hi Sports All-State Medium Schools honors as an outfielder … was a Cal-Hi Sports All-State Softball Second Team selection for all size schools following final campaign … hit .489 as a senior and led Bear River to a 9-3 victory over Whitney in the Sac-Joaquin Division III section title game with two home runs, including a grand slam … sectional crown was the program’s fifth in six seasons … Bruins ended senior year with a 20-6-2 record … selected to play for the North Team in the Evening Optimist High School All-Star Softball game, a charity benefit featuring the top graduating seniors in the area … earned the same two all-state placements from Cal-Hi Sports as a junior … named to the Sacramento Bee All-Metro First Team in 2011 … two-time All-Pioneer Valley League selection and was conference’s most valuable player as a junior, when she hit .549 with 23 runs batted in, 12 extra-base hits and 39 runs scored.

Full name is Stephanie Marie Ceo … daughter of Brad and Kim Ceo … an undergraduate studies major … has three older sisters -- Britney, Natalie and Courtney … Courtney recently completed her softball career in 2013 at the University of Oregon … father is the president of the softball organization, California Comets, based out of Rocklin, Calif. … mother is a former assistant softball coach at Roseville High School and now teaches at Rivercity H.S. … Big 12 Commissioner’s Honor Roll selection (Fall 2012, Fall 2013, Fall & Spring 2014 and Fall & Spring 2015) ...
