OUTDOOR: Finished second in the 5000m at the 95th Clyde Littlefield Texas Relays with her time of 16:31.89... Ran the 10K at the Mt. Sac Relays in 34:20.41... Competed in the 5K at the Payton Jordan Invitational and finished with a time of 16:11.33... Made the podium at the Big 12 Championships in the 10K, finishing eighth with her time of 35:49.12 and finished 11th in the 5K with a time of 16:53.35... Competed at the NCAA West Prelims in the 5K and finished with a time of 16:17.13.
INDOOR: Set a 25-second personal-best in the 5K at the John Thomas Terrier Classic with her time of 9:23.06 to finish in the top-20... Became the No. 8 performer in the 3K history for Texas with her time of 16:25.43 at the David Hemery Valentine Invite... Competed in both the 3000 (9:48.53) and scored in the 5K (16:33.55) finishing sixth at the Big 12 Championships...

OUTDOOR: Ran a personal-best time in the 10,000m with a time of 34:27.55, that ranks as the No. 8 time in Texas history at the Texas Relays... Finished third in the women's 3000m with a time of 9:48.59 in the dual meet against Texas A&M... Finished fifth in the 10K at the Mt. SAC Relays with her time of 33:41.09, becoming the No. 4 performer in Texas history...Ran a personal-best time of 16:07.72 in the 5K at the Penn Relays and became the No. 8 performer in Texas history… Finished second at the Big 12 Outdoor Championships in the 5K… Competed in both the 5K and the 10K at the NCAA West Prelims…
INDOOR: Opened her indoor season in the 5000m at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational with a personal-best time of 16:38.98... Scored three team points at the Big 12 Indoor Championships in the women's 5000m, finishing sixth with a time of 16:39.74.
CROSS COUNTRY: Finished second at the Concordia Invite with her time of 21:30.1 in the women's 6K to help Texas win its second meet of the season... Was the fifth Longhorn to cross the finish line at the FSU Invite in the 6K with a time of 22:12.7... Finished the 6K at the Big 12 Championships fourth for Texas with her time of 22:39.9 to help the Longhorns finish fourth overall... Was the second Longhorn to finish at the NCAA South Central Regional in Waco, Texas in the 6K with her time of 21:21.5 and earned USTFCCCA All-Region Team honors to conclude her cross country season.

OUTDOOR: Ran a personal-best time of 17:12.71 in the 5000-meter at the Texas Relays and finished 11th... Competed in the 5000-meter at the Michael Johnson Invitational with a time of 17:13.46... Finished fifth at the Texas Invitational in the 5000-meter with a time of 17:43.16.

CROSS COUNTRY: Ran seven times in her first season at UT … placed fifth at the Bear Twilight, her Longhorn debut, completing the 4K course in 13:51.2 … finished fourth at the Texas Invitational, wrapping up the 5K course in 17:58.4 … registered a 28th-place finish at the Big 12 Cross Country Championships in Waco … finished 32nd at the NCAA South Central Regional in Fayetteville, Ark. …
2018-19 (Freshman at Penn)
OUTDOOR: Took 11th in the 3,000m at the Penn Challenge … placed second in the 10,000m at the Raleigh Relays … finished eighth in the 5,000m at the Bison Outdoor Classic … ran the 5,000m in a personal-best 16:38.05 at the 125th Penn Relays … placed fourth in the 10,000m at the Ivy League Outdoor Championships … finished 27th in the 10,000m at the NCAA East Region Preliminary Rounds.
INDOOR: Finished fifth in the 3,000m at the Penn 8-team select, her collegiate indoor debut, in Jan. 2019 … won the 5,000m at the Fastrack National Invite.
CROSS COUNTRY: Ran in five meets, scoring in four of them for Penn … finished eighth in the Bison Open, her collegiate debut, to help Penn win the event … followed that up with an eighth-place finish at the Main Line Invitational.
HIGH SCHOOL: Lettered four times in cross country, four times in outdoor track and five times in indoor track at Northern Highlands High School (NJ) … graduated with AP Scholar with Distinction honors … an All-American distance competitor … finished fourth at the 2017 New Jersey Meet of Champions in cross country … placed fourth in the 5,000 meters at the 2018 New Balance Indoor National Championships … took third in the 3,200m at the 2018 New Jersey State Indoor Meet of Champions.
PERSONAL: Daughter of Ro and Tom Hebner … has four brothers, Thomas, Tate, Tyler and Kai, as well as a twin sister, Monica … Monica runs at UCLA … her grandfather, Dr. Robert Hebner, is a professor at The University of Texas … started in cross country to stay in shape for lacrosse … majoring in business.
