2022-2023 (Grad)
OUTDOOR: Opened the outdoor season on three collegiate record relay teams at the Texas Relays after the Longhorns won the 4x100 (42.00), 4x200 (1:28.05) and the SMR (3:36.10) with Alfred running the lead-off leg in all three and finished the weekend on the winning 4x400 team the ran the second-fastest time in school history at 3:23.27.... Opened her 100m open season winning with the second fastest all-conditions time in collegiate history of 10.72 (2.4) and set a PB in the 200 with her winning time of 21.91 at the Tom Jones Memorial... Ran the 100-meter in 10.95 at the Texas Invitational for the fourth-fastest time in Texas history... Finished as a 3x Big 12 Champion winning the 100-meter in 10.84, the 200-meter (22.88) and the 4x100-meter relay in 41.89 and was the Big 12 High Point Performer of the Meet... Qualified for three events at the NCAA Outdoor Championships at the West Regional... Was a three-time NCAA Outdoor Champion, completing her undefeated season in the 100-meter dash winning with a time of 10.72 (2.3), the 200-meter in 21.73 (2.5) and the 4x100 (41.60) helping Texas win the team title with 84 points.
INDOOR: Won her season-opener event in the 300m dash at the Commonwealth College Opener with a time of 37.36... Won the 200m at the Cardinal Classic with a time of 23.10 and helped Texas run the 13-fastest 4x400 time in UT history with a time of 3:30.55... Broke her own 60m dash collegiate record with a time of 7.02 at the Dr. MLK Jr. Invitational and finished second in th 200m with a time of 22.71 that moved her to No. 5 on the Texas all-time performer list... Broke her collegiate record 60m time again and dropped it to 7.00 seconds to win the NM Collegiate Classic and holds the top-five fastest times in collegiate history and finished the 200 in 22.56... Was the third leg of the winning 4x400 relay that broke the Texas record at 3:26.73 at the Tiger Paw Invite... Became the fastest collegian and first-ever collegian to run sub-7 seconds in the 60 with her time of 6.97 to win the 60 dash at the Big 12 Indoor Championships and won the 200 with a Texas program record time of 22.26 to lead the NCAA... Broke her 60m collegiate record twice at the NCAA Indoor Championships on her way to winning the 60m dash with her time of 6.94 - the second fastest time ever... Completed the indoor sprints double setting the 200m collegiate record with her time of 22.01 and followed with a 51.2 split in the 4x400 that ran a program record time of 3:25.67 to finish as the runner-up...
2021-2022 (Senior)
OUTDOOR: Competed in three relays for the Longhorns, two of which won at the Texas Relays. Ran the opening leg of the 4x100 prelims team that ran 42.42, the sixth fastest time ever in the NCAA which later went on to win, ran the third leg of the second-fastest 4x400 relay time of 3:22.94 and ran the opening leg of the 4x200 relay that won with a Texas and Texas relays record time... Won the 100m dash in the dual meet against Texas A&M with a time of 11.07 seconds (the No. 5 performer in Texas history), finished third in the 200m (23.10) and helped the Longhorns win the 4x100 with the third-fastest time in program history (42.82)... Ran the fourth-fastest 100m dash time at 10.98 winning the event at the Mt. SAC Relays and became the No. 3 performer in Texas history and later finished the 200m in 23.18... Ran a personal-best in the 200m (22.68), ran the first leg of the NCAA-lead and Texas program record 4x100 (42.37) and the third leg of the winning 4x400 relay (3:25.64) at the LSU Invitational… Ran the Texas program record 100m time (10.81) in the prelims and later won the 100m dash, finished fourth in the 200m and ran the opening leg of the winning 4x100 relay at the Big 12 Championships, leading Texas to the team title… Ran the fastest 100m time at the NCAA West Prelims to advance to NCAAs and helped Texas qualify in the 4x100... Ran the opening leg of the 4x100m NCAA Champion team (42.42), followed with a 100m individual title and helped Texas finish second in the 4x400m relay... Competed for St. Lucia at the 2022 World Championships as their only athlete.
INDOOR: Debuted the indoor season at the Red Raider Open with an NCAA-leading 60m time of 7.10 seconds, matching her previous program-record time in the finals. Her time ranked as the No. 3 time in the world after the weekend... Ran the NCAA's eighth-fastest 200m dash time of 23.01 seconds and helped the relay team combine to run the No. 4 time in the country at 3:30.69 at the New Mexico Collegiate Invite... Won the 60m dash at the Tiger Paw Invite at 7.26 and finished fourth in the 200m dash with her time of 23.21 seconds - which ranks in the top-10 in the NCAA... Scored 18 points at the Big 12 Indoor Championships with a 200m win with a time of 22.89 (the No. 7 time in Texas history) and a second-place finish in the 60m dash with a time of 7.17 seconds... Set the collegiate record in the 60m dash with a time of 7.04 seconds in the prelims (Texas Program Record) and finished 5th in the finals and eighth in the 200m dash.
2020-2021 (Junior)
OUTDOOR: Did not compete.
INDOOR: Began the season with a third-place finish at the Wooo Pig Classic in the 60-meter dash with a time of 7.27 and helped the 4x400-relay finish sixth with a time of 3:46.29...Set a meet record in the 60-meter dash prelim with a time of 7.15, the then-second-best mark in the country and tied the sixth-fastest time in school history and followed up by winning the final with a time of 7.17, giving her possession of five of eight Texas top times... Finished 11th in the 200-meter dash with a time of 23.53 at the Tyson Invitational.
2019-20 (Sophomore)
OUTDOOR: 2020 season was canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic.
INDOOR: Earned the first three All-America honors of her career in the 60m, 200m and 4x400m … the seventh UT woman, and third under head coach Edrick Floréal, to be named to The Bowerman Watch List … named the Big 12 Women’s Indoor Performer of the Year … earned Big 12 Women’s Indoor High Point Performer honors after winning conference titles in the 60m, 200m and 4x400m … the first UT woman to win three indoor conference titles in the same season since Marshevet Hooker in 2006 … also is the first woman to win the Big 12’s indoor sprint double (60m, 200m) since Hooker in 2006 and the first Longhorn to win the same indoor sprint triple (60m, 200m, 4x400m) since Sanya Richards-Ross in 2004 … broke a four-year-old school record in the 60m, clocking 7.10 (aa) at the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Collegiate Invitational in Albuquerque, N.M. on Jan. 24 … was the 2020 NCAA leader and World No. 4 in the 60m entering the NCAA Indoor Championships in March … ran five of the top-10 fastest 60m times in school history, including four of the top seven … won seven of the eight 60m races she competed in, falling only to 2020 world leader Mikiah Brisco (7.08) in the Albuquerque final … became the seventh-fastest indoor 200m performer in school history after clocking a 22.99 at the Tiger Paw Invitational in Clemson, S.C. on Feb. 15 … her 200m mark ranked No. 8 in the NCAA in 2020.
2018-19 (Freshman)
OUTDOOR: Won her first individual conference title as part of UT’s 4x100m team at the Big 12 Championships … also scored in the 100m and 200m, finishing second and third, respectively … ran a personal-best in the 100m at the National Relay Championships, placing third in Fayetteville, Ark. … opened her outdoor season by helping UT finish third in the 4x100m at the 92nd Clyde Littlefield Texas Relays.
INDOOR: Made her collegiate debut at the Big 12 Indoor Championships … placed fifth in the 60m.
PERSONAL: Was a mid-year enrollee during the 2018-19 academic year … attended Leon Comprehensive School from 2013-15 and then St. Catherine High School from 2015-18 … coached by Marlon James (high school) and Cuthbert Modeste (club) … held personal-bests of 11.53 (100m) and 23.74 (200m) prior to arriving at UT … was captain of the female track team in 2018 … 2015 Central American Games champion … 2017 Common Wealth 100m champion … 2015 and 2017 National Junior sports woman … 2017 and 2018 Central 100m champion … 2018 Digicel Grand Prix champion … the first St. Lucian to win gold at the Commonwealth Youth Games and the first St. Lucian to receive a medal at the Youth Olympic games … Holds the St. Lucian national records in the Outdoor 100m and 200m, as well as the Indoor 60m and 200m … Daughter of Joanna Alfred and the late Julian Hamilton … sister is Juliana Hamilton and her brothers are Daniel and Chad Alfred.
