OUTDOOR: Competed in the pole vault A section at the Michael Johnson and finished sixth after clearing 4.02m (13-2.25) in her ourdoor debut...Improved on the Texas all-time list to No. 7 in pole vault after clearing 4.16m (13-7.75) at the LSU Invitational… Finished fifth at the Big 12 Outdoor Championships in pole vault, clearing 4.15m… Competed at the NCAA West Prelims…
INDOOR: Competed at the Clemson Invitational... Finished with a season-best mark of 3.89m (12-9) in pole vault at the Tiger Paw Invite.
2020-21 (Junior)
OUTDOOR: Won the pole vault at Longhorn Invitational with a mark of 4.00-meter... Finished sixth at the Texas Relays in pole vault with a mark pof 3.96-meters... Won the event at the Texas vs. Texas A&M dual meet with her mark of 3.90-meters... Picked up a third-place finish at the Roadrunner Invitational inn pole vault with a mark of 3.95-meters... Set a personal-best and became the seventh-best performer in UT history at the LSU Alumni Gold Meet with her mark of 4.11-meters... Competed at the Texas Invitational and registered. a mark of 3.70-meters... Went on to finish ninth at the Big 12 Championships in pole vault with a mark of 3.90-meter... Finished the season at the NCAA West Prelims with a mark of 3.92-meters.
INDOOR: Won the pole vault event with a mark of 3.83-meter the Charlie Thomas Invitational... Finished fifth at the Tyson Invitational in the pole vault with a mark of 3.97-meter... Competed at the Big 12 Championships in the pole vault and finished eighth with her mark of 3.87-meters...
2019-20 (Sophomore)
OUTDOOR: 2020 season was canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic.
INDOOR: Recorded personal-best vaults in three-straight meets to open the season, peaking with a 4.07m/13-4.25 clearance at the Razorback Invitational on Jan. 31 in Fayetteville, Ark. … Finished fourth in the pole vault at the Tiger Paw Invitational and took sixth at the Big 12 Championships … cleared the four-meter mark for the second time in her collegiate career at the Big 12 Championships.
2018-19 (Freshman)
OUTDOOR: Made her debut in the pole vault at the UTSA Invitational, where she finished fifth … placed ninth at the Roadrunner Invitational … vaulted a personal-best 3.76m/12-4 mark and finished fifth at The Reveille Meet in April … placed third at the Michael Johnson Invitational.
INDOOR: Did not compete.
HIGH SCHOOL: Lettered four years in track and field at New Braunfels Canyon … jumped 13-3 in the pole vault … was an All-State honoree in 2017 and 2018 … named the San Antonio Express-News Field Athlete of the Year in 2018 … a UIL state qualifier in her final three seasons of high school … earned NSAF All-America honors as a pole vaulter at the New Balance Indoor Nationals … also lettered in cheerleading for three years and was named an Academic All-State student.
PERSONAL: Daughter of Cari and David Buntin … has two brothers, Leighton and Carson … her grandfather, Robert Buntin, ran track at Vanderbilt.
