Finished second in the pole vault, clearing 5.00m (16-4.75) in the dual meet against Texas A&M... Competed at the Mt. SAC Relays in pole vault... Won the A pole vault section at the Michael Johnson Invitational with a season-best mark of 5.36m (17-7)... Won the pole vault event at the LSU Invitational with a mark of 5.26m (17-3)… Finished fourth at the Big 12 Championships in the pole vault clearing 5.21m… Competed in pole vault at the NCAA West Prelims passing 5.19m.

OUTDOOR: 2020 season canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic.
INDOOR: Competed in the pole vault on six occasions … began his year with back-to-back personal-best performances and wins … cleared 5.15m/16-10.75 en route to victory at the FasTrak Collegiate Opener … followed it up by clearing 5.20m/17-0.75 at the Leonard Hilton Invitational one month later … placed fifth at the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Collegiate Invitational with a 5.15m clearance … took third at the Razorback Invitational … finished 11th at the Tiger Paw Invitational … capped his year with an eighth-place finish at the Big 12 Indoor Championships.
2018-19 (Freshman)
OUTDOOR: Made his debut with a 5.00m/16-4.75 mark in the pole vault at The Reveille Meet … finished in fifth place … matched his mark two weeks later en route to victory at the Michael Johnson Invitational … placed ninth with a third 5.00m effort at that Big 12 Championships.
INDOOR: Did not compete.
HIGH SCHOOL: Lettered in track and field all four years … a three-time state qualifier … won gold as a junior, silver as a senior and bronze as a sophomore.
PERSONAL: Son of Scotty and Jenise Miller … father, Scotty, was an All-American pole vaulter at UT and only the second Longhorns to clear 18 feet in school history … has one brother, Wesley … was Student Council president as a senior in high school and a representative for three years … served as vice president as a junior.
