FIFTH-YEAR SENIOR (2021)
Started and played all but 19 minutes of Texas’ 22 matches in 2021, posting an 11-5-6 overall record with nine solo shutouts, a 0.90 GAA (ninth in Texas single-season history) and a .806 save percentage ... Was in net for the entire program record shutout streak of 552:56 that stretched from Sept. 30 against No. 10 TCU to Oct. 24 against Oklahoma State ... Tied a school record with four consecutive solo shutouts from Oct. 3-21 ... Was named an honorable mention choice to Top Drawer Soccer’s National Team of the Week (Oct. 19) after an eight-save blanking of Baylor in Waco ... Earned her fourth career selection as the Big 12 Conference’s Goalkeeper of the Week on Sept. 7 after combining for 11 saves and a shutout over 200 minutes of action against New Mexico State and No. 19 Rice ... Managed a season-high eight saves during a 1-1 (2OT) against No. 10 TCU (Sept. 30) and seven stops at both Florida (Aug. 22) and Rice (Sept. 5) ... Also didn’t allow a goal over a stretch of 334:11 of match action from Sept. 16 against Samford to Sept. 26 at Oklahoma.
SENIOR (2020-21)
Was between the pipes for all 1080 possible minutes over 12 matches during the split COVID-19 season ... Registered seven solo shutouts and allowed just nine total goals while making 54 total saves for an .857 save percentage ... Finished off the spring season by riding a career-long shutout streak of 306:01 that stretched over parts of four matches ... During the 4-0 rout of Baylor (April 1, 2021) in Waco, Madden posted the most saves by a Longhorns goalkeeper (12) since Shay Wilkinson had 12 stops versus Texas A&M back on Oct. 26, 2000 ... Set what was then a career-high with 10 saves in the 1-0 triumph over Baylor (Oct. 30) ... Also managed shutouts against Oklahoma (Sept. 25), Kansas State (Oct. 9), Iowa State (Oct. 16), Texas State (March 5, 2021) and at Texas A&M-Corpus Christi (March 26, 2021).
JUNIOR (2019)
Started 10 matches for the Longhorns, playing 950:39 between the pipes with 60 saves, a 1.89 GAA and her first career solo shutout (TCU - Nov. 3) ... Registered nine saves in both the 0-0 (2OT) tie against TCU (Nov. 3) in the Big 12 Championship quarterfinal and at No. 22 Texas A&M (Nov. 15) in NCAA First Round action ... Back-stopped the Longhorns past Baylor in Waco with seven saves in a 2-1 triumph ... Posted a career-high 10 saves during the 2-1 loss to No. 17 Texas Tech (Oct. 27) ... Stopped eight shots over 107:25 of road action during the 3-2 (2OT) triumph at Oklahoma (Oct. 31) ... Made her first collegiate start, stopped eight shots and saved a penalty kick with five seconds remaining as Texas won its season-opener over Gonzaga (Aug. 22), 4-3.
SOPHOMORE (2018)
Earned the first playing time of her career during the 5-0 rout of Stephen F. Austin (Sept. 2), making one save and facing two shots while playing the entire 45-minute second half.
FRESHMAN (2017)
Did not see playing time during the 2017 season..
INTERNATIONAL
Madden was called up to the United States Under-17 Women’s National Team camp from Sept. 13-20, 2015, in Carson, Calif., and also participated in a USA Goalkeeper National Camp during Dec. 2014.
PROFESSIONAL
Madden played in the WPSL West Region - SO CAL Conference Coastal Division for the San Diego Surf in the summer of 2019 ... She played in eight matches with five starts.
CLUB
For the Cal South Pro and Girls 1999 squads, she was part of two Olympic Development Program (ODP) National Youth Soccer Championships (2015, 2016) and four-consecutive Region IV ODP Youth Soccer Championships (2013-16) … During the 2015 ODP National Championship match, Madden stopped all four opponent shots during a decisive penalty kick shootout … With her San Diego Surf club team, Madden helped secure two SURF Cup titles (2012, 2016), the 2014 Under-15 ECNL National Championship, an Under-12 National Cup Championship (2011) and was named to the Best XI All-U18 at the 2017 ECNL National Championship.
HIGH SCHOOL
Listed as the No. 2 overall goalkeeping prospect, the No. 13 Southern California regional prospect and the No. 48 national prospect in the Final Spring 2017 Girls IMG Academy National Top 150 rankings by Top Drawer Soccer, Madden played four seasons between the pipes for head coach Larry Pernicano at Scripps Ranch H.S. … During her interscholastic career, her squads won three consecutive Eastern League crowns (2014, 2015, 2016), while she was tabbed as both All-California Interscholastic Federation (CIF) and Western League First Team in 2017 and All-Eastern League First Team in 2016.

Born on Feb. 2, 1999 … Parents are Jeff and Aurora Madden … Has two siblings, Jenni and Clare … Has numerous family members who participated in collegiate sports, a cousin Mauricio (volleyball/track at University of San Pablo, 2011-16), a cousin Rodrigo (soccer at Catholic University, 2012-17), an uncle Lucho (track at Police Board Academy, 1963-67) and an uncle Aldofo (soccer, Catholic University, 1975-80) … Lists winning the ECNL National Championship in 2014 as her most memorable moment in sports …Chose to attend Texas over a high-profile list of schools that included Georgetown, USC, Stanford and California.
