• Texas is coming off a 3-1 win at Baylor on Wednesday night. Senior Khat Bell and sophomore Chiaka Ogbogu had double-digit kills with 14 and 11, respectively. Four players had digs in double-digits, including junior Amy Neal and freshman Cat McCoy with 15, junior Kat Brooks with 14 and sophomore Chloe Collins with 13. Junior Sara Hattis posted 10 blocks, the second-most by any player this season. The Longhorns held the Bears to a .075 hitting percentage, but had their lowest hitting percentage of the season at .179.
• The Longhorns are 6-1 (.860) in the Big 12 at Gregory Gym this year, 159-24 all-time in the Big 12 at Gregory (.869) and Head Coach Jerritt Elliott has an all-time 119-14 (.895) Big 12 record at Gregory.
• Texas leads the Big 12 in hitting percentage (.289), blocks (3.05), opponent hitting percentage (.140), kills allowed (11.16), blocks allowed (1.60) and assists allowed (10.45).
• UT has won 21 or more matches in the last 11 seasons. The last time Texas did not win at least 21 matches in a season was 2003, when it finished 15-14.
• Ogbogu has posted double-digit kills in the last two matches and has hit .357 or better in the last seven matches. Bell has also posted double-digit kills in the last two matches and has hit .312 or better in the last three.
