• Texas opened Big 12 Conference play on Wednesday with a win over TCU in Austin, 3-0 (25-19, 25-21, 29-27). It marked the Longhorns' ninth-straight conference win. UT has not lost a Big 12 road match since November 24, 2013 (at Iowa State) for a streak of 16.
• Senior Amy Neal has double-digit kills in the last three matches and 10 overall this year. She has led Texas in kills in nine of 12 matches ... junior Chiaka Ogbogu has double-digit kills in the last three matches and six overall ... sophomore Cat McCoy has double-digit digs in the last seven matches and 10 overall this season, leading Texas in digs in 10 of 12 matches ... junior Chloe Collins has 40 or more assists in six matches this year.
