Notes:
• Texas is coming off a 3-1 victory over West Virginia in Morgantown on Tuesday night to open Big 12 Conference play. Freshman Orie Agbaji posted a team-high nine blocks in the match, while senior Nicole Dalton handled setting duties for the Longhorns, recording 41 assists, nine digs, three blocks and five kills.
• Three Texas players finished with double-digit kills, all hitting .260 or better. Freshman Micaya White led the Longhorns for the second-straight match with 18 kills. Senior Paulina Prieto Cerame finished with 15, hitting .419 and junior Ebony Nwanebu added 13, hitting .429.
• Texas and Kansas both played in the NCAA Final Four in 2015 on different sides of the bracket. Both teams lost to eventual national champion Nebraska. The Jayhawks fell, 0-3 at Gregory Gym in 2015.
• Texas owns a 94-43 (.686) record against ranked opponents over the last 11+ seasons (2004-16) and a 44-10 (.815) mark against ranked opponents at Gregory Gym during that span.
