In two matches, freshman Lexi Sun has 30 kills and only four errors on 57 swings for a .456 hitting percentage. The Longhorns have outblocked their opponents, 25.0 to 13.5 in this week's matches.
• In the five-set thriller victory at No. 9 Kansas on Wednesday, three players finished with double-digit kills (Sun 21; White 19; Ogbogu 11), four finished with double-digit digs (McCoy 22; White 14; Hahn 14; Shook 12), Shook led with 52 assists, and Ogbogu finished with double-digit blocks with 10.

• Texas is the only remaining undefeated team in the Big 12 conference after beating Kansas in five sets, making Iowa State the only .500+ Big 12 team that the Longhorns are yet to play. The Cyclones' two losses have come against teams that Texas has already recorded victories over in Kansas (3-2) and Baylor (3-0).
• With an .830 winning percentage (249-51) after 300 Big 12 Conference play matches over the last 10 seasons, the Longhorns are 176-34 (.838 winning percentage) all-time in Big 12 home matches.
• White and Sun are both averaging over 3.00 kills/set in Big 12 play. The underclassmen lead Texas in kills in conference play and are both ranked in the top ten for hitting percentage, helping the Longhorns to Big 12-leading clip (.311).
• Ogbogu and Johnson lead Texas and the Big 12 for blocks/set, with both averaging above 1.25/set in conference play. The middle blockers are the only Big 12 representatives in the NCAA top 50 for blocks/set.
• McCoy finished with 22 digs at Kansas on Wednesday, moving her into second-place on the all-time career digs list. She is 59 out of first place (Demetria Sance) and averaging 4.17/set.
