Notes:
• No. 2 Texas is looking to wrap up its first undefeated record in conference play since 2013 and 11th (2013, 1995, 1993, 1990, 1989, 1988, 1987, 1986, 1985, 1983) overall with Oklahoma at home on Wednesday and No. 18 Baylor in Waco on Saturday. The Longhorns are coming off a 3-0 victory over then No. 16 Kansas at home on Wednesday.
• Texas has clinched a share of the 2017 Big 12 title and would win it outright with a victory over Oklahoma. The Longhorns have won 10 Big 12 titles and 23 conference championships all-time.
• Seniors Mirta Baselovic, Cat McCoy, Chiaka Ogbogu, and Ebony Nwanebu will be honored at the conclusion of the match.
• The Longhorns can go undefeated at Gregory Gym in Big 12 play for the tenth time in program history with a victory in the season's eighth-and-final home conference match. Texas has conceded one set at home this season (21-1), with an average score of 25.3-18.7.
• The four Longhorns that have recorded over 50 kills have done so on a hitting percentage of .314 or greater, led by Nwanebu's .424.
• Nwanebu has recorded only eight errors through seven home Big 12 matches.
• Boosted by Ogbogu this season, Texas' average for blocks per set this season stands at 7th all-time and a highest total since 2007, while the senior remains on pace for a career year.
