Notes:
• No. 6 Texas is coming off a sweep over Texas A&M in College Station (25-20, 25-18, 25-15) to improve to 7-2. Sophomore Micaya White led the Longhorns in kills with 10, hitting .409 and added 13 digs for her first double-double of the season. Senior Cat McCoy posted 18 digs for her eighth in nine matches with double-digit digs. Senoir Chiaka Ogbogu and junior Morgan Johnson combined for 11 total digs, Ogbogu recording six and Johnson five. As a team, the Longhorns hit .307 and registered 13.0 blocks, holding the Aggies to a .089 percentage and 2.0 blocks.
• Texas has hit .300 or better in six matches this season and has held its opponents to .164 or under in all but one match (No. 1 Minnesota hit .264). The Longhorns are 6-0 when hitting .300 or better and 7-1 when holding their opponents under .200.
• Senior Chiaka Ogbogu leads the Longhorns with a .378 hitting percentage, 52 total blocks, and seven service aces. Ogbogu is ranked seventh nationally for blocks per set, with 1.68.
• Freshman Lexi Sun leads the Longhorns with 106 kills and remains the only Longhorn to rank in the team's top-five for kills, assists, service aces, digs, and blocks.
• Freshman Ashley Shook leads Texas with 300 assists and has recorded a team-second 73 digs. Shook set career-highs of 43 assists and 17 digs against No. 1 Minnesota.
• Texas leads the nation in blocks per set (3.48), recording ten or more blocks in seven of nine matches so far this season and outblocking opponents in eight out of nine.
• The middle blocker tandem of Ogbogu and junior Morgan Johnson leads Texas in blocks with 52 and 39, respectively. Ogbogu and Johnson are both ranked in the top 50 nationally for blocks per set. Ogbogu ranks seventh with 1.68/set, while Johnson ranks 41st with 1.39/set.
• Senior Cat McCoy, with a team-leading 126 digs, is one of five Longhorns to record 50+ digs. McCoy leads three underclassman; freshmen Ashley Shook (73) and Lexi Sun (71), sophomores Autumn Rounsaville (70) and Micaya White (55).
• Texas ranks 17th nationally in hitting percentage with a .293 clip, recording a hitting percentage above .300 in six of the last seven matches and having had multiple players hit above .300 in every match of the season.
• The Longhorns are undefeated when recording a hitting percentage of .300 or above, hitting above .300 in six out of seven victories this season.
• All eight Texas players that have recorded hitting statistics are hitting at .249 or above, with five hitting above .300.
