NOTES
-The Longhorns won their fifth-straight match with a 3-1 defeat of TCU on Wednesday night, preceding a bye weekend. In the win, Texas hit .258 and posted 10 blocks, holding the Horned Frogs to a .115 clip and five blocks.
-Junior Micaya White led UT with 17 kills (.273), a season-high five blocks, and five digs. Senior Yaazie Bedart-Ghani also finished with double-digit kills (14) with only two errors on 25 swings for a .480 hitting percentage, also finishing with four blocks and four digs. Freshman Brionne Butler led the Longhorns in blocks with eight, and freshman Sydney Petersen recorded 11 digs.
-Texas' match against Kansas State marks the third match in a four-match homestand.
-Through five Big 12 Conference matches at home, Texas has only dropped one set and has won 15.
-Texas' top-five hitters are hitting .242 or better in all Big 12 Conference home matches (5-0):
