TEXAS NOTES
- Texas Volleyball program earned 43 of the 64 first-place votes to take home the No. 1 spot in the week nine AVCA Coaches' Poll.
- This marks the first time the Longhorns have earned the top spot since the 2017 Preseason Poll. It also marks the 11th week all time that Texas sat at No. 1.
- Texas has now been ranked in 494 straight polls.
- Texas is 14-2, 8-0 on the season.
- Texas leads the nation and the Big 12 in hitting percentage at .331.
- Freshman Skylar Fields is second in the Big 12 in hitting percentage at .360.
- Senior Micaya White and sophomore Logan Eggleston sit No. 3 and No. 4, respectively, for kills per match in the Big 12 at 3.82 and 3.68.
- Eggleston leads the conference in aces per set at .57, next closest is 0.34.
- On Sept. 28, Texas swept Texas Tech in Gregory Gym, 25-17, 25-18, 25-18. Senior Micaya White led the team in kills with 13 kills, hitting .520, adding four digs and one block. Sophomore Logan Eggleston and freshman Skyler Fields added 12 and 11 kills respectively. Fields finished the match hitting .647, while Eggleston hit .455. Eggleston tacked on six digs and two aces to her stat line as well.
- Texas holds a 87-9-2 all-time record over the Red Raiders, and a 39-2 all-time record over them in Lubbock.
