TEXAS NOTES
- Then-No. 4 Texas Longhorns swept Kansas State, 32-30, 25-17, 25-18, in Big 12 action on Oct. 9 in Ahearn Field House. Sophomore Logan Eggleston picked up her third double-double of the season with 11 kills and 11 digs. She also added two aces, one block and one assist.
- Texas holds a 43-8 all-time record over K-State, with a 22-3 record in Gregory.
- Texas is 17-2, 11-0 on the season.
- On Sunday, Nov. 3, Texas was named No. 1 in the Top-10 Reveal by the NCAA Committee.
- Texas leads the nation and the Big 12 in hitting percentage at .332.
- Freshman Skylar Fields is second in the Big 12 in hitting percentage at .343.
- Senior Micaya White and sophomore Logan Eggleston sit No. 3 and No. 4, respectively, for kills per match in the Big 12 at 3.98 and 3.67.
- Eggleston leads the conference in aces per set at .58, next closest is 0.37.
- Texas is 7-0 in matches where it records at least 10.0 team blocks, five of which have come in conference play (KSU, WVU, BU, KU, OU). In those seven matches, Texas is holding opponents to .158 hitting, and averaging 3.48 team blocks per set. Led by Brionne Butler, who has played in 15 of the 22 sets, with 2.20 blocks per set.
- Texas is currently fifth in the nation for average attendance at 3,875 per match, while having the smallest stadium capacity (4000) in the top-15. The Longhorns are currently on pace to set a new single season attendance average, as they are set to surpass the 3,780 from the 2013 season following the Longhorns 2012 National Championship season.
