No. 1 Volleyball moves to 11-0 in Big 12 play with win over OU

NORMAN, Okla. – The No. 1 Texas volleyball team took down Oklahoma, 25-20, 25-20, 23-25, 25-13 in a four-set match on Friday evening in McCasland FieldHouse in Norman, Oklahoma.
Senior Micaya White led the way with her sixth double-double of the season with 20 kills and 15 digs. She also added two blocks. This marks her second 20-plus kill match of the season. White hit .333 for the match.
Fellow outside Logan Eggleston added 15 kills with seven digs, five aces and four blocks.
Sophomore middle blocker Brionne Butler tallied seven blocks and added seven kills on the evening, while freshman Skylar Fields added six kills and two blocks.
Sophomore Jhenna Gabriel dished out 41 assists, adding six digs and one kill.
Sydney Petersen recorded 14 digs, three assists and an ace.
Texas returns home on Wednesday, Nov. 13 to take on Kansas State at 7 p.m.
Single game tickets for remaining home games are still available, starting at just $9 for general admission tickets for select home matches.
Host sites for the first and second rounds and regionals are still up for grabs since sites are not pre-determined. It's possible for a school to play the entire postseason on its home floor, leading up to the national semifinals and championship in Pittsburgh.
Combination packages start at $38 for adults and $26 for youth. This combination package provides volleyball fans tickets to the first and second rounds as well as regional matches, if Texas is selected to host.
The priority deadline to request the all-session ticket package is Friday, Nov. 15. (The complete combination package will not be available after Nov. 15.) Tickets will be refunded if the Longhorns do not host postseason matches.
