Women's Golf's Laisne helps International team to Arnold Palmer Cup victory

Three Texas golfers participated in the 2019 Arnold Palmer Cup.
ROLAND, Ark. – Texas women's golf sophomore Agathe Laisne helped lead the International team to a 33.5-26.5 victory in the 2019 Arnold Palmer Cup on Sunday at The Alotian Golf Club. It marked the first victory for the International team since 2016.
Laisne, the 2019 Big 12 Golfer of the Year and a WGCA First-Team All-American, scored two points for the International team during the course of the week, including winning her singles match 3&1 on Sunday against Southern California's Jennifer Chang.
Sophomore Kaitlyn Papp and freshman Hailee Cooper also participated in the Arnold Palmer Cup, representing the United States team. It marked Papp's second year as part of the United States' Arnold Palmer Cup team.
