No. 1 Volleyball takes down Iowa State

The Longhorns won their 10th-straight set to complete the sweep of the Cyclones.
AUSTIN, Texas – Texas Volleyball finished off its third-straight sweep, beating Iowa State, 25-19, 25-22, 25-14, on Thursday night at the Frank Erwin Center.
The Longhorns (5-0) have won 10-straight sets and have only dropped one set so far this season.
Logan Eggleston led the Longhorns with 14 kills, while adding seven digs, two blocks and two aces. Brionne Butler finished with nine kills and three blocks. Skylar Fields and Molly Phillips both finished with eight kills, with Phillips hitting .727 during the match. Asjia O'Neal led the team with five blocks and added five kills.
Jhenna Gabriel dished out 37 assists and added four digs, while Morgan O'Brien finished with 11 digs.
Texas and Iowa State will meet again on Friday night at 7 p.m. at the Erwin Center with the game broadcast on Longhorn Network.
