Kelly Pash set new individual best, helped Longhorns to third relay title.
MORGANTOWN, W. Va. – The No. 10 Texas women's swimming and diving team picked up five first place finishes on the second day of the 2020 Big 12 Swimming and Diving Championships at the Aquatic Center at Mylan Park, in Morgantown, West Virginia on Thursday evening.

NOTES
- Evie Pfeifer opened things up with a victory in the 500 free. She touched in a time of 3:38.48. Her teammates finished in third, fourth, and fifth, as freshman Mary Smutny came in third with a time of 4:49.01, senior Lauren Case touched at 4:49.35, and junior Logan Shiller finished at 4:51.99.
- Hitting her fastest time of the season at 1:55.91, freshman Kelly Pash took home the title in the 200 IM. Teammate Ashley Pollok added a sixth-place finish with a time of 2:00.91.
- Freshman Bridget Semenuk earned the win in the 50 free with a time of 22.33. Fellow freshman Kyla Leibel took second with a time of 22.83. Senior Jordan Wheeler finished in fifth at 23.01, and Grace Ariola took seventh at 23.08.
- Claire Adams, Evie Pfeifer, Kelly Pash, and Julia Cook won their third relay of the championships taking the title in the 400-medley relay with a time of 3:31.40.
- Alison Gibson won her third-straight Big 12 title in the 1m diving competition with a score of 323.35. Gibson finished fifth in prelims after taking a 0 on her opening dive. The Lonhorns also placed third, fourth and fifth as Paola Pineda scored a 307.85, Morgan Menninger recorded a 298.75, and Janie Boyle recorded a 283.20, respectively.
