NORMAN, Okla. – The Texas women's golf team has concluded a shortened opening day at the Schooner Fall Classic at Belmar Golf Club in 11th place overall with a 25-over-par. The Longhorns completed 31 of Sunday's scheduled 36 holes before play was suspended at 6:20 p.m. CT due to high winds.
The second round will resume at 8:30 a.m. CT Monday with the Longhorns needing to complete the last five holes. The final round will immediately follow with continuous play and will be live streamed at SoonerSports.TV. Live results will be available at Golfstat.com.
Junior Hailee Cooper and sophomore Sophie Guo are tied for 19th place overall at three-over-par. Freshman Bentley Cotton is tied for 36th at six-over-par, while fellow newcomer Ashley Park is tied for 53rd at 13-over-par.
