No. 1 Volleyball sweeps No. 10 Baylor

WACO, Texas – No. 1 Texas Volleyball remained undefeated with a 3-0 sweep of No. 10 Baylor, 25-20, 25-23, 26-24, on Friday night at the Ferrell Center.
The Longhorns (18-0) hit .405 in the match and held the Bears to a .274 hitting percentage. Texas was also outstanding from the service line, with 12 aces in the match.
Logan Eggleston led the Longhorns with 13 kills, hitting .393, and added eight digs and two blocks. Asjia O'Neal added nine kills, three blocks and two service aces. Skylar Fields finished with seven kills, three digs and one block.
Brionne Butler was dominant yet again, finishing with seven kills and six blocks.
Jhenna Gabriel dished out 38 assists and finished with three blocks, one ace and one dig.
The two teams will square off again on Saturday at 6 p.m. at the Ferrell Center.
