Track & Field Opens 2022 Indoor Season at Clemson Invite

AUSTIN, Texas – The Texas Track and Field program begins its 2022 indoor season at the Clemson Invite for a two-day meet beginning on Jan. 14 in Clemson, S.C. Both days will be streamed on ACC Network Extra and live stats can be found here.

Texas returns countless indoor All-Americans from last season including Micaiah Harris, Yusuf Bizimana, the 4x400 relay team of Jon Maas, Jonathon Jones, Harris and Willington Wright and the Texas record DMR squad of Cruz Gomez, Jones, Brendan Hebert and Crayton Carrozza. On the women's side, Kynnedy Flannel, Kennedy Simon, Chanel Brissett, the 4x400 team of Rhasidat Adeleke, Simon, Stacey Ann Williams and Davicia Patterson and Kristine Blazevica.
The Competition: Both defending Big 12 Indoor Champion teams will be up against strong competition in Kennesaw State, Florida, North Carolina A&T, UCF, Georgia and Florida State among other schools.
