AUSTIN, Texas - Sophomore Isaac Alonzo was named the Big 12 men's runner of the week after a top-10 performance at the Panorama Farms XC 23 Invitational over the weekend.
Alonzo ran a 20-second personal best in his seventh-place finish in the 8K with a time of 23:21.2. He was the Longhorns top performer for the second time this season after winning the opening race of the season at the Tornado Watch Invitational.
