AUSTIN, Texas — Former University of Texas Men's Golf star Parker Coody has officially secured his PGA TOUR card for the 2024 season. Coody joins former Longhorn star and twin brother Pierceson Coody as two of the top 30 players on the 2023 Korn Ferry Tour points list who officially earned PGA TOUR cards for the 2024 season which begins in January at the Sony Open in Hawaii.
Sunday marked the final round of the Korn Ferry Tour Championship and the final day of the 2023 Korn Ferry Tour season.
Pierceson Coody had previously clinched his spot earlier this summer and finished at No. 6 on the points list. Parker Coody began the year with conditional status on the Korn Ferry Tour but rallied to finish the season with five top-10 finishes en route to placing No. 25 on the final points list.
Parker and Pierceson Coody are just the second pair of fraternal twins to hold PGA TOUR membership simultaneously. Allan and Curtis Strange accomplished the feat in 1981.
