Texas and SMU set to square off on the pitch in Austin for the first time since 2005
AUSTIN, Texas – Coming off a five-goal victory on Thursday night, the No. 18 Texas Longhorns will look to continue its winning ways when the Longhorns play host to the SMU Mustangs, which is receiving votes in the United Soccer Coaches Top 25, at 5 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 3.
Lincoln Rose (play by play) and Jessica Stamp (analyst) will have the call on the Longhorn Network.
KICKING OFF
- Texas' junior forward Trinity Byars (1) and Lexi Missimo (2) will enter Sunday afternoon's match against SMU ranked number one and number two in Division I women's soccer with 22 and 21 points scored, respectively, in five matches so far this season.
