Baseball to play in NCAA College Station Regional

The Longhorns enter the tournament as a No. 3 seed and will play Louisiana in College Station.
AUSTIN, Texas – The NCAA announced the full field of 64 teams for the NCAA Division I Baseball Championships on Monday morning, with Texas Baseball earning a No. 3 seed in the College Station Regional. This marks the 63rd time the Longhorns have reached the NCAA Tournament.
The Longhorns (35-22) are joined by their Friday opponent No. 2 seed Louisiana, No. 4 seed Grambling State and top-seeded host Texas A&M.
Texas will open the College Station Regional on Friday at 5 p.m. against the Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns at Blue Bell Park, with the game broadcast on ESPNU.
Texas A&M is the No. 3 overall seed and the College Station Regional is paired up with the Santa Barbara Regional, hosted by No. 14 UC Santa Barbara.
