The Longhorns open the 2024-25 season at the Folds of Honor Collegiate in Michigan on Sept. 9-11.
AUSTIN, Texas — The University of Texas Men's Golf team is ranked No. 8 in the preseason Bushnell/Golfweek Division I Coaches poll, the Golf Coaches Association of America (GCAA) announced Friday morning. Texas is one of 11 SEC schools to appear in the preseason poll, joined by Auburn (1), Vanderbilt (4), Tennessee (7), Florida (10), Oklahoma (12), Ole Miss (13), Alabama (16), Arkansas (17), Texas A&M (19) and Georgia (21).
The Longhorns open the 2024-25 season with an appearance at the Folds of Honor Collegiate in Grand Haven, Mich. on Sept. 9-11 (Monday-Wednesday). The Longhorns concluded the 2023-24 season with a 13th-place showing at the 2024 NCAA Championship after winning the Big 12 Championship and the NCAA Austin Regional.
