Baseball announces 2025 SEC schedule

The Longhorns will host LSU, Georgia, Auburn, Texas A&M and Florida in their first season in the SEC.
AUSTIN, Texas – Texas Baseball will host LSU, Georgia, Auburn, Texas A&M and Florida as part of the program's first season in the Southeastern Conference, the league office announced Friday.
The first weekend of SEC series is March 14-16, when the Longhorns head to Mississippi State, and the regular season concludes May 15-17. The schedule is subject to change for television, including the move of some conference series to begin on Thursdays.
The SEC Tournament is scheduled for May 20-25 at the Hoover Met.
As previously announced, SEC teams will play a three-game series against two permanent opponents and eight rotating opponents for a total of 30 conference games. Standings will be kept in a single-division format.
A record 11 SEC teams earned NCAA Tournament bids in 2024 with four teams in the College World Series and Tennessee claimed the SEC's fifth consecutive national title by five different programs.
