Jacob Jones posts team-best fourth-place finish on 1-meter on Thursday.
AUSTIN, Texas – The Longhorns opened the Texas Diving Invitational with three top-8 finishes in the men's 1-meter final on Thursday at the Lee and Joe Jamail Texas Swimming Center.
Jacob Jones led the Longhorns with a fourth-place finish, scoring 358.15 points. Nick Harris followed in fifth with 350.00 and Luke Forester added a sixth-place result with a score of 347.50.
The men will continue competition Friday in the 3-meter event with prelims at 1:40 p.m. and finals at 6:30 p.m.
