Cranford, Harris combine for three podium finishes.
MIDLAND, Texas – Texas divers recorded multiple top-three finishes at the 2025 USA Diving Winter Nationals in Midland, Texas, paced by Bayleigh Cranford's gold and bronze performances.
Cranford earned third place in the women's 10-meter platform following strong performances in both prelims and finals. She advanced to the final after scoring 306.90 points in prelims, highlighted by a reverse 3½ somersault tuck (307C) that scored 81.60 points.
In the final, Cranford added 336.80 points to finish with a combined score of 643.70. Her final list included a 78.40-point back 2½ somersault with 1½ twists and a 75.90-point back 3½ somersault tuck to secure her place on the podium.
On the men's side, Nick Harris captured bronze in the 1-meter springboard, moving up from fifth place after prelims. Harris totaled 320.55 points in prelims before posting a strong finals performance, adding 398.05 points to finish with 718.60 overall. His finals list was highlighted by a 72.85-point inward 2½ somersault tuck and a 67.50-point reverse 2½ somersault tuck.
Cranford also earned gold in synchronized women's 10-meter platform, teaming with Indiana's Ella Roselli. The pair finished first with a total score of 303.18, winning four of the five rounds. Their performance was capped by a 78.72-point back 2½ somersault with 1½ twists.
