Women’s Golf’s Farah O’Keefe qualifies for U.S. Open

New Smyrna Beach, Florida — Texas women's golf sophomore Farah O'Keefe qualified for the 80th U.S. Women's Open as she earned co-medalist honors at a qualifier at Sugar Mill Country Club on Monday.
O'Keefe carded rounds of 69-67=136 (-8) and shot 6-under 30 over her final nine holes. O'Keefe made four birdies and one eagle over that nine-hole stretch.
The 2025 U.S. Women's Open Championship will take place May 29-June 1 at Erin Hills in Erin, Wisconsin.
O'Keefe, who is ranked No. 15 in the World Amateur Golf Ranking, qualified for the 2023 U.S. Women's Open at Pebble Beach.
