Alejandra Estudillo wins her first SEC weekly award of the season.
AUSTIN, Texas — University of Texas sophomore Alejandra Estudillo earned her first Southeastern Conference Co-Dover of the Week honor this season, the league office announced Tuesday afternoon.
A sophomore from Nuevo León, Mexico, won both springboard events in the victory over No. 24 Texas A&M. Estudillo posted top scores of 324.08 on the 1-meter and 340.50 on the 3-meter against the Aggies, both of which were season bests.
The Longhorns will next travel to Knoxville, Tennessee, to compete in the SEC Championships from Feb. 17-21.
