No. 7 Women’s Golf in first place after two rounds of play at Betsy Rawls Invitational

The Longhorns have four players sitting at top-10 in the individual leaderboard.
AUSTIN, Texas – The No. 7 Texas Women's Golf wrapped up the first two rounds of play in first place at the Betsy Rawls Invitational at The University of Texas Golf Club on Monday. Late Monday night play was suspended due to darkness with a few groups left to complete the second round.
Texas leads the field at 17-over with second place Arkansas at 32-over-par.
Farah O'Keefe is at second place with 3-over 75 after the opening round, and 2-under through 17 holes. O'Keefe is currently one shot behind first place Elsa Svensson from LSU with one hole left to play in round two.
After recording 4-over 76 in the first round, Cindy Hsu came back with even-par 72 to finish the second round and is at third place in the individual leaderboard. O'Keefe and Hsu notched five birdies each in two rounds of play.
Lauren Kim recorded 3-over 75 in round one and 2-over 74 in round two. Kim added five birdies in the first two rounds and is at fourth place in the individual leaderboard. Angela Heo registered 6-over 78 after first round, finishing the day after recording 1-over 73 in round two. Heo registered six birdies in two rounds and is tied at seventh place in the individual leaderboard, one shot behind fifth place.
The Longhorns will finish round two and begin round three at the Betsy Rawls Invitational at 9:00 a.m. CT. O'Keefe will finish hole 18 and Emma Von Hoffmann will wrap up hole 17 before round three.
The Lineup
Farah O'Keefe posted 3-over 75 in the first round and is 2-under through 17 holes. O'Keefe totaled five birdies and is at second place in the individual leaderboard.
Cindy Hsu put up five birdies and carded 4-over 76 and even-par 72 for round one and two to finish the day at third place in the individual leaderboard.
Lauren Kim registered 3-over 75 during the first round and 2-over 74 in the second round to be at fourth place on the individual leaderboard. Kim put up five birdies in two rounds of play.
Angela Heo carded 6-over 78 in the first round and 1-over 73 in the second round. Heo notched six birdies and is T7 in the individual leaderboard.
Selina Liao recorded 8-over 80 and 9-over 81 in two rounds and is T38 in the individual leaderboard. Liao is currently one shot behind T33.
Vivian Lu (IND) put up 4-over 76 and 5-over 77 along with four birdies. Lu is sitting T13 in the individual leaderboard.
Alisa Inprasit (IND) posted 12-over 84 and 8-over 80 to finish two rounds of play. Inprasit birdied hole 11 in the first round and is T47 in the individual leaderboard.
Emma Von Hoffmann (IND) put up 17-over 89 and is 12-over through 17 holes. Hoffmann is T76 in the individual leaderboard.
