Scheffler completes eight-stroke win to record his 21st career PGA TOUR victory.
MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Former University of Texas star Scottie Scheffler carded a 4-under-par 66 on Sunday afternoon to roll to an impressive eight-stroke victory at the FedEx St. Jude Championship at TPC Southwind. Scheffler recorded his second win of the 2026 season and his 21st career PGA TOUR victory.
With the win, Scheffler becomes the third youngest player to reach 21 career PGA TOUR victories, behind only Tiger Woods and Jack Nicklaus. Scheffler has now claimed 10 of those 21 titles by four or more shots, including twice winning by eight strokes. His 21 wins have all come in the last five seasons, 10 more than any other player in this span (Rory McIlroy has 11 victories), and he has now recorded multiple victories in each of his five seasons on the PGA TOUR.
Scheffler's eight-shot margin of victory marked the largest by any player on the PGA TOUR since he won the 2025 CJ CUP Byron Nelson by the same margin. He also extended his streak to 11 consecutive tournaments won when holding the outright 54-hole lead.
Scheffler registered a four-round score of 17-under 263 (68-61-68-66) to finish eight strokes ahead of runner-up Si Woo Kim at 9-under 271 (70-68-65-68). Scheffler, who began the day at 13-under with a two-stroke cushion over Sam Burns, was 1-over through his opening four holes on Sunday. He rallied to make birdies on holes 5 and 6 and made the turn at 1-under in his final round, before adding birdies on holes 11, 13 and 16 on the back nine to cruise to the finish line.
Scheffler's win on Sunday marked the 114th official PGA TOUR victory accomplished by 17 different individuals in the 100-year history of the Texas Men's Golf program.
