Outdoor (Sophomore)
· Placed sixth and set a PR in the 1,500m at the Michael Johnson Invite with a time of 4:52.61.
· Posted a career-best time of 10:31.79 in the 3,000m at the Texas Invite, placing ninth.
· Set a PR in the 5,000m with a time of 18:05.76 at the Victor Lopez Bayou Classic good for 16th place.
Indoor (Sophomore):
· Ran a personal-best in the mile with a time of 5:11.38 at the Leonard Hilton Memorial.
· Set a personal-best in the 3,000m at the Big 12/SEC/C-USA meet finishing in 12th place with a time of 10:17.29.
· Finished in eighth place in the 5,000m at the Texas A&M Dual meet setting a personal-best with a time of 18:23.86.
Cross Country (Sophomore):
· Competed in all six races for the Longhorns as a sophomore.
· Posted her highest finish of the season at the season-opening Texas State Initational ... crossed the line fourth in 18:39.
· Finished seventh for Texas and 11th overall at the Islander Splash in a 5K personal-best time of 17:45.3
· Tied season-best finish with a fourth-place showing at the Incarnate Word Invite where she clocked a 20:09.1.
· Recorded a 6K personal best of 23:02.8 at the ISU Pre-National[apos]s meet for 178th.
· Posted Texas[apos] sixth highest finish at the Big 12 Championship where she crossed the line in 24:21.1 for 84th.
· Placed 82nd at the NCAA South Central Regionals in 23:41.2.
2008-09
Cross Country (Freshman):
· Raced in five meets for Texas in her first year as a Longhorn.
· Posted a Top 10 finish in her first event at Texas, placing 10th at the Texas State Invitational in 18:30.
· Placed sixth for Texas and 38th overall at the Texas A&M Invitational (18:47).
· Clocked a 6K time of 23:52 at the Big 12 Championship, finishing seventh for UT and 89th overall.
PRIOR TO TEXAS
· Three-sport letterwinner at The Kinkaid School ... earned letters in track and field (2006-07), cross country (2007-08) and soccer (2006-07).
· Captained the cross country and track and field teams during her senior season.
· Set a school record in the Mile (5:18) as a senior ... All-Southwest Preparatory Conference cross country and track and field selection in 2008.
· Claimed the individual title at the SPC cross country meet as a junior ... also earned All-SPC honors in cross country and track and field in the mile, two mile and was part of the 4x800 relay team that set a new Kinkaid record.
PERSONAL
Born on Aug. 4, 1989, in Houston, Texas ... three older siblings - brothers Jimmy (29) and Cameron (26) and sister Elizabeth (19) ... AP Scholar and member of the honor roll at The Kincaid School ... involved in FCA and is a member of Kappa Alpha Theta.
