Outdoor:
• Qualified for NCAA West Prelims in the hammer throw
• Finished third in the hammer throw at Big 12 Championships with a throw of 64.35m/211-1 which was a personal best
• Finished eighth in the discus at Big 12 Championships
• Competed in the hammer throw at Texas Relays, Texas Invitational and the Michael Johnson Invitational, which he won with a throw of 61.90m/203-1
• Named 2018 first team Academic All-Big 12
Indoor:
• Won and threw a personal best in the weight throw at the Clemson Opener with a mark of 21.80m (71-6.25)
• Took 1st place at the Corky Classic in the weight throw
• Set a meet record in the weight throw at the Texas A&M Quadrangular with a mark of 21.65m (71-0.50)
• Finished 2nd at the Texas Tech Classic & Multis in the weight throw
• Won the Tyson Invitational in the weight throw with a mark of 21.42m (70-3.50)
• Finished 2nd at the Big 12 Indoor Championships in the weight throw
• Took 8th place at the NCAA Indoor Championships, setting a school record in the weight throw

• Finished 3rd in discus at Big 12 championship with a new personal best mark 57.11m (187-4)
• Threw same distance 57.11m to finish 10th in hammer throw at Big 12 Championship
• Registered a personal best 63.84m (209-5) to finish 17th in hammer throw at NCAA West Preliminary Rounds and become the No. 2 performer in school history
• Placed 3rd in discus at the Texas Invitational with a mark of 52.85m (173-4), a career best
• Recorded a throw of 58.01m (190-4) in the hammer throw at the UTSA Invitational, finishing 3rd
Indoor:
• Placed 4th at the Big 12 Championship in weight throw with a mark of 20.19m (66-3.00)
• Finished 2nd in weight throw with a personal best toss of 20.55m (67-5.25) at the New Mexico Classic

Indoor:• Runner-up in weight throw at Big 12 Championship with toss of 20.40m (66-11.25) to rank No. 2 in school history
• Posted results at 4 meets that rank Top 10 in school history in weight throw

• Won weight throw in career debut at the Arkansas-Texas Dual meet with a mark of 18.56m (60-10.75)

• 4-year letterwinner in track and field, football and basketball at Brazos High
• Participated in the UIL state championships each year of high school in track, winning the discus title in 2013 as senior
• Claimed the regional title in the event with a throw of 169-7
• Also finished 4th at the regional in shot put with a toss of 50-6.5 as a senior
• Placed 2nd in the discus with a personal-best toss of 180-7 at the 2013 Clyde Littlefield Texas Relays
• This mark ranked 6th in Texas and No. 44 in the nation
• Placed 2nd at state in discus (160-2/48.81m) his junior year and placed 4th at the region meet as a sophomore
• 3-time all-district in football and 2-time all-district in basketball
• Averaged 10.0 points per game as a senior for the basketball team
• Played offensive tackle on the football team
