Before Texas
Won various national and provincial medals in sprint canoe...currently hold a national record for sprint canoe...contributed to winning three-consecutive national championship titles...transitioned to rowing in the fall of 2024 and achieved fifth overall in the U19 pair at the 2025 Canadian Henley.
Why Texas?
"I chose Texas because I knew it was the best place for me to grow both as a student and an athlete. I was drawn to the program's competitive environment, coaching staff and team culture. I am really excited to challenge myself and contribute to the program's success."
What led you to pursue rowing and what do you love most about it?
"Before rowing, I competed in sprint canoe at the national level. Through RBC training grounds, I was identified as having strong potential for rowing and decide to make the switch. I love that rowing challenges me physically and mentally every day. My favorite part about rowing is working together as a team and seeing the results from all our hard work."
