Longhorns and Sun Devils have split 14 all-time meetings between the two teams
TEMPE, Ariz. - Texas softball wraps up its final day of action in the Kajikawa Classic with a 12:30 p.m. CT match-up against No. 16 Arizona State at Farrington Stadium.

UT enters its game against No. 16 Arizona State with a 2-2 overall record after splitting Saturday contests against Northwestern (W, 5-4) and Stanford (L, 10-9). Junior catcher/third baseman Erin Shireman, who registered a clutch walk-off HR to beat NU on a 3-2 pitch with two outs in the bottom of the seventh inning, currently leads the team with a .556 average and three extra-base hits. Sophomore left fielder Stephanie Wong holds a .455 mark while junior center fielder Lindsey Stephens has mashed a pair of grand slams and is batting .385 with a team-best eight RBIs.
