Longhorn Brandon Stone wins BMW SA Open

Stone won his first European Tour International Schedule victory on Sunday.
EKURHULENI, Gauteng, South Africa – Former Texas golfer Brandon Stone claimed an emotional first European Tour win after a dramatic final day at The BMW SA Open hosted by City of Ekurhuleni.
The home favorite made it 13 South African wins in 20 events since the second oldest national Open Championship in the world joined The European Tour International Schedule in 1997 and he was in tears on the 18th green as he finished his round.
Stone played at Texas in 2013 and earned three medalist honors in his freshman season and was named to the All-America First Team.
