Notes:
• The Longhorns are coming off of a 3-2 (25-21, 27-25, 22-25, 21-25, 15-10) defeat over Iowa State at home on Saturday night. Freshman Micaya White, senior Paulina Prieto Cerame and junior Ebony Nwanebu led Texas in kills, all finishing in double-digits, while senior Chloe Collins finished with her fourth double-double of the season with 46 assists and 11 kills.
• Sophomore Yaazie Bedart-Ghani and freshman Blair Westerlund saw time in the middle for Texas in the win over Iowa State on Saturday. The two players combined had 12 kills and only one error, hitting .393, six blocks, 17 points, one ace and one dig for the Longhorns. It was Westerlund's debut and Bedart-Ghani's first match playing in the middle.
• White, Nwanebu and Prieto Cerame are consistently leading the Longhorns in kills, accounting for 649 of Texas' 806 (80.5 percent) total kills. Between the three of them, they have only 175 errors on 1,543 attempts for a combined .307 hitting percentage.
