Notes:
• The Longhorns are coming off a 3-1 (20-25, 25-17, 25-13, 27-25) defeat of TCU on Wednesday night to remain at the top of the Big 12 standings with Kansas. Junior Ebony Nwanebu led the Horns with 19 kills, hitting .405, while three players finished with double-digit digs, led by junior Cat McCoy. Sophomore Yaazie Bedart-Ghani led Texas in blocks for the third time in six matches with four.
• Senior Chloe Collins jumped to No. 7 on the all-time career assists list, passing Carrie Busch (1992-95) and Sue Schelfhout (1985-88) with her 48 at TCU on Wednesday. Collins is 205 away from passing Heather Pfluger (1991-93) and moving into the sixth spot.
• Texas will return home for the first time since October 26 and will go on the road one more match (Iowa State) before closing the conference season with three-straight home matches (Texas Tech, Kansas State, West Virginia). The Longhorns have won 15-straight Big 12 matches in Gregory Gym.
• The Longhorns have eclipsed the .300 hitting mark nine times this season, including five times in Big 12 Conference play. They have held their opponents to .200 or below in 12 matches, including the last six.
• The last time Texas lost more than one Big 12 match at home in a single season was in 2003. The Longhorns have won 14-straight matches vs. Big 12 opponents at Gregory Gym dating back to October 25, 2014. They are 110-4 at home against Big 12 teams since 2004.
