LAWRENCE, Kan. - No. 4 Texas Volleyball fell to Kansas, 1-3 (18-25, 26-28, 25-20, 23-25) at Horesji Family Athletics Center for its first loss in Big 12 Conference play.
Junior Micaya White led the Longhorns with 16 kills, adding 3 digs and two blocks.
Freshman Logan Eggleston posted 12 kills and five digs, while senior Morgan Johnson had eight kills and a team-high four blocks.
Freshman Katarina Luketic posted eight kills on 12 swings with only two errors for a team-high .500 hitting percentage, freshman Sydney Petersen led Texas in digs with 15, and sophomore Ashley Shook recorded 37 assists, seven digs, and three aces.
The Longhorns will stay on the road to face Oklahoma on Saturday, Oct. 13 at 7 p.m. in Norman.
