TEXAS NOTES
- Texas has advanced to 12 NCAA Semifinals, 24 NCAA Regional finals, and 32 NCAA Regional semifinals (round of 16) in program history. UT is a perfect 33-0 in NCAA Tournament First Round play.
- Texas has registered a 97-33 (.746) all-time record in 36 NCAA Tournament appearances. The Longhorns rank fourth in NCAA Division I history in NCAA Tournament wins (97) and fourth in winning percentage (.746). UT also ranks seventh all-time in NCAA Tournament appearances (36). Texas advanced to 18-consecutive NCAA Tournaments (1982- 99) and is now on a streak of 16-consecutive NCAA Tournament appearances (2004-19).
- Dating back to the 1974 season, Texas has won .842 percent of its matches in Austin, sporting an overall record of 604-112- 1. The Horns are even more successful in Gregory Gymnasium, boasting a winning percentage of .878 with a record of 423-59.
- UT owns a 113-54 (.677) record against ranked opponents over the last 16 seasons (2004-19) and boasts a 54-12 (.818) mark against ranked opponents at Gregory Gymnasium during that span. In 2019, Texas is 4-2 against ranked opponents and 3-0 against them at home.
- Texas is the only school in the nation that has advanced to the NCAA Regional finals in each of the last 13 NCAA Championships [2006-18].
- UT is one of two teams that has reached the NCAA Round of 16 fifteen times in the last 16 seasons. Penn State is the only other school to accomplish the feat.
- Texas is currently fifth in the nation for average attendance at 3,854 per match, while having the smallest stadium capacity (4000) in the top-15.
- They had seven sell-outs during the regular season. The Longhorns are currently on pace to set a new single season attendance average, as they are set to surpass the 3,780 from the 2013 season following the Longhorns 2012 National Championship season.
