•ranked second on the club and second on the Texas single-season charts with 13 home runs
•opened the season with two hits, two walks and a run scored in a 6-2 win over Louisville (Feb. 10)
•scored a season-high three runs, walked twice and homered in UT's 15-1 win against Wisconsin (Feb. 17)
•posted a 2-for-2 effort with two RBI, a double and a run scored in Texas' 10-0 victory against Long Island (Feb. 26)

•propelled Texas to two victories with late-inning heroics in its series sweep of No. 11 Nebraska ... went a combined 4-for-6 with an RBI and two game-winning runs scored ... in game one, her seventh-inning homer lifted UT to a 1-0 victory and in game two she stole home in the eighth inning to give UT a 4-3 win.
•registered three hits, three RBI and homered in UT's 3-0 win over Iowa State (April 16)
•combined for five hits, three RBI, four runs scored and two homers in Texas' two-game sweep at Texas Tech (April 22-23) ... in game one, Hooks homered twice to lead the Horns Big 12-record seven homer outburst.

AS A JUNIOR (2010)
• started all 58 games and called her own pitches behind the plate
• led the team with 40 RBI and 37 walks

• recorded two hits, a double, one RBI and a run scored in Texas' 3-1 season-opening win over No. 20 DePaul (Feb. 12)
• went 2-for-2 with two runs scored and a solo home run as UT downed No. 20 DePaul, 4-1 (Feb. 13)
• posted two hits, a double, an RBI and one run scored in an 11-4 win against Houston (Feb. 21)
• registered two hits, two runs scored, two RBI, a homer and a walk as Texas defeated Ohio, 11-5 (March 6)
• tallied two hits, four RBI, a homer and one run scored in the Horns' 6-3 victory over Illinois State (March 7)
• notched three straight two-hit efforts against San Jose State, Cal State Fullerton and No. 4 Michigan (March 18-20) ... in the 5-2 win over Michigan, she added two runs scored, a home run and a walk.
• went 2-for-3 with two run scored and a solo home run in the Horns' 10-2 win against No. 7 Missouri (April 11)
• notched two hits, walked, doubled, and scored a run in a 9-1 win over No. 7 Oklahoma State (April 24)

AS A SOPHOMORE (2009)
• started all but one game behind the plate and appeared in all 60 contests
• posted a .280 batting average with nine homers, 47 hits and 23 RBI
• ranked second on the club with 27 walks and third with 24 runs scored
• recorded a season-best two doubles in UT's 3-0 win over UT Arlington (Feb. 17)
• launched a three-run homer in Texas' 5-4 win over Long Island (Feb. 22)
• posted a season-high three hits with two RBI and a homer in a 5-0 win over Louisiana-Monroe (Feb. 26)
• registered two hits and an RBI in a 13-4 win at UTEP (March 1)
• went 2-for-3 with an RBI and a walk in UT's 6-5 loss to No. 12 Arizona (March 13)
• registered a three-run double and scored a run in the Horns' 15-6 win over No. 6 Oklahoma (March 28)
• notched two hits, walked twice, homered and scored two runs in a 9-7 win over No. 6 Oklahoma (March 29)
• recorded a pair of two-hit games in a doubleheader sweep of Texas A&M Corpus Christi (April 2)

• appeared in 43 games for the Horns, starting 41
• maintained a 1.000 fielding percentage (124 chances) on the season, splitting time between catching and the outfield
• went 3-for-3 in the second game of her career, recording one RBI and a walk against UTSA-2 (Feb. 9)
• blasted her first career homer - a three-run seventh-inning shot - pacing a 5-4 comeback against Texas State (Feb. 13)
• went 2-for-5 with two RBI, a home run and two runs scored in an 11-9 win over Oregon State (Feb. 23)
• posted three hits and a run scored in UT's doubleheader sweep of TAMU Corpus Christi (May 1)
• tied a career-high with her four-game hit streak spanning from May 1 against Texas A&M Corpus Christi to May 10 against No. 5 Texas A&M in the Big 12 Conference Championship
NATIONALLY
Played for Texas Glory Gold out of McKinney, Texas, for head coach Dan Adkins ... led her club to a 13th-place finish at the ASA Gold Nationals in 2007 and a fifth-place finish at the 2005 16U ASA Nationals.
BEFORE TEXAS
Earned four varsity softball letters at North Mesquite High School ... a three-time All-District 12-5A First Team performer ... District 12-5A Offensive Player of the Year in 2004 and 2006 ... led the district in hitting in 2004 and 2006, hitting .600 and .594, respectively ... earned 2003 district defensive player of the year honors ... 2006 first-team all-district as a member of the North Mesquite volleyball team ... 2006 academic all-state in volleyball ... a member of the honor roll and National Honor Society ... posted perfect attendance for 13 straight years.
