He made 16 starts in 18 games, batting .214 (12-for-56) with eight runs, three doubles, one home run and two RBI ... all 16 starts came as the team[apos]s designated hitter ... collected four hits in the California series (March 30 - April 1) ... went 2-for-4 with a run scored on March 31 against California ... went 2-for-4 with a home run, two runs and two RBI on March 30 against California ... recorded a 2-for-3 game with two runs and a walk on March 28 against UTPA ... hit a double and scored twice on March 18 at Oklahoma ... recorded his first hit as a Longhorn on Feb. 18 in the second game of a doubleheader against Duke ... made his debut for the Longhorns on Feb. 18 against Duke in the first game of a doubleheader, going 0-for-3 with a run scored.
